All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is required at the time of placing your order. We accept major credit and debit cards via our secure payment processor.
We do not store your full payment card details. Charges will appear on your statement under our trading name. If a prescription is not approved by our pharmacist, you will receive a full refund within 5 to 10 working days.
Once your prescription has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, your medication will be dispatched within 1 working day. Deliveries are made using a tracked, discreet postal service to your confirmed UK address.
We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, incorrect address information provided by you, or circumstances beyond our control. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at the time of ordering.
You may cancel your order before a prescription has been approved and dispatched. To cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. If your medication has already been dispatched, we are unable to accept a return or offer a refund due to the nature of pharmaceutical products and patient safety regulations.
Refunds for approved and dispatched orders will only be considered in exceptional circumstances and at our discretion. This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
